I replaced battery and alternator and battery keeps dying

Use an inexpensive digital voltmeter to measure battery voltage. Engine off it should read near 12.6 fully charged, 12.0 if it's good but discharged, and at 11 volts or less suspect a shorted cell.

Engine running it must read between 13.75 and 14.75 volts. If it's low, check for voltage on the output terminal on the generator. If the battery light on the dash never turns on, check the wire that plugs into the rear, side of the generator.
