Chevrolet S-10 Gas Problem

When I begin driving my car sounds like it is running out of gas until I am going about 20-25 mph the drives smoothly until I have been driving for 30-45 min and then it acts like the gas got cut of. After it cools down for at least an hour it will usually start back up. I just replaced the O2 sensor and nothing changed I also had the code scanner print 4 codes that are P0154, P0300, P0420, and P0453. This was also the same codes that came up prior to any work being done on it. I just ran a gas pressure test and came up with 60 PSI with key turned on. 52 PSI after starting and stayed at 52 PSI after running 10 min. Turned engine of and went up to 56 PSI and slowly rose until it stopped at 60 PSI. I have been unemployed since March so I can't do the guess and check method. I appreciate any and all the help you give me. I also donatated a few dollars on a question that someone else wrote but I decided to create my own instead of adding more info to their question.
