1999 Chevrolet Malibu lights blinking

When I open my door or even start my car or turn it off my lights on my dashboard and my back lights blink for like 2 mins then go off and my gas gauge doesn't I would like to know what that means

Have a local pro scan for codes it may be a bad body module

There are several modules in a car and body module controls a lot of stuff like interior lights and other things. Apro has to install it because they are vin specific
