Chevrolet Malibu Lifters Problem
Hydrolic lifters are rattling even with new lifters. What's the problem?

Is it the lifters causing the problem. How much oil pressure do you have. What engine? I have a 3.4 in my Aztek and the pistons make a knocking noise and have been for 200 000 kms.
