1999 Chevrolet Malibu Hi Chevy Malibu Noticed That There Leak On Passenger

Hi, I have a 1999 Chevy Malibu. I noticed that there is a leak on the passenger side on thr floor. It hasn't rained lately & it hasn't been operated in a while either so I'm not sure why its been happening. Another problem is that all of the electrical things such as the ac & heater don't work anymore. I can't turn them on. Please help, thank you. - Josie
