Egine stalls under hot weather conditions

Hello I have an 1999 chevy malibu with a 140000 miles that I just bought. Engine cuts off out of no where when weather reaches 95° and above, with temp gage readin two lines pass it's normal half. I've also notice that when I open my hood the heat from it hot as an oven, and the fans aren't runing neither, The Radiator fluid stinks too. Over all there's no engine light on, Please Help Asap!! Thank You
