My Blazer has 3 incomplete codes

My blazer has 3 incomplete codes. Will not set coded or trigger check engine light. I have driven over 1000 miles. No change. Codes are for evap, secondary air intake and O2. No lights, but in New York it will not pass inspection. Can't fix it if I don't know what is wrong. What should I do?

A drive cycle is a specific way of driving. Normal driving will not set them. Thats why a shop charges for the drive cycle.

Have someone drive the car for you to set the monitors
