1999 Cadillac Escalade battery goes dead
1999 Cadillac Escalade 8 cyl All Wheel Drive Automatic 40,000 miles. I drive this truck every 7-10 days as a second car. From Oct-April, the battery goes dead in cold weather. As soon as AAA attaches their booster, the truck immediately starts. I purchased a new battery and after 6 months I'm experiencing the same issues. How long can the average car sit before the battery goes dead? The Cadillac Dealer told me they couldn't find anything. Should I invest in a battery booster? Thanks

If you let it sit for more than a week your battery will be dead. Do you have Onstar? There is a campaign on you truck I believe for it, if Onstar is not used, check with dealer (Cadillac dealer) with your vin # to see if it has been done. Or buy a battery disconnect, auto parts stores have them.
