If you mean they're going up real slowly, use Silicone Spray Lube to heavily lube the two rubber channels the glass rides in. You can get it by that name at any Chrysler dealer's parts department, probably most other dealers, and most auto parts and hardware stores. It goes on like water, evaporates quickly, then leaves a film of "slippery" behind. If the windows always go down okay, that proves all of the wiring and the motors are okay.

Either the driver's or passenger's switches can have pitted contacts in the "at-rest" position that can cause sluggish operation in one direction only, but that's not real common, especially for two of them to be affected.
