1999 Buick Regal Will Crank Wont Start Changed Sensor Ran Min Died Called Buddy

it will crank wont start changed the crank sensor ran for a few min died called buddy he said u gotta do a fancy dance with it to get it in tune with the new crank sensor he came over said u had to start it it wont start i checked the coils each one fired checked the fuel getting plenty put my scanner back on it no codes but it does tweek out all lights start flashing THEN EVERY THING GOES OFF then acts like the battery is dead put jumper cables to it will crank again but repeats the proccess
oh and the damper thing wassent warped or damadged in any way
