car was shutting off when turn signal was on

The car was shutting off when turn signal was on and then came back on when turned off,now has shut off but wont crank and shifter is locked in park bu

Did shut down once then started after one minute but now wont crank at all.i would love to make a donation but i don't have a credit card sorry.in desperate need of an answer please.
