Color of coolant
Which coolant is used for the 1999 audi a6 orange or green

The color doesn't determine what kind of coolant it is. That is just dyed to the manufacturer's choice.
This car requires Phosphate free ZVW 237 (G12) coolant. Make sure what you use meets those requirements.
