1999 Acura Tl Turn Signals Hazards Lights Stop Working Changed Fuses On Driver S

My turn signals and hazards lights stop working and I changed the fuses on the driver's side panel and underneath the steering column. Where do I go next, its still not working. My lights work just the flashing wont flash inside or outside of the car.
