1998 Volkswagen Caddy 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual

i have bled my brakes but they are still soft I have performed this task on many other vehicles without any problems, I used a one man bleed kit, do I have another problem in the braking system?

I had the same problem - I had to replace the brake pump.
