1998 Toyota Nadia Repair Question

My mechanics seem to be having trouble where to connect the Fuel Intake Hose (not sure if right name). Can anyone help with diagram?

I have attached a diagram of the fuel parts and I need help with knowing where part number 23901 goes.

Thanks Roy. Are you able to show me in a diagram? I'm told there are 5 outlets for this particular part-four have been connected except for that one.
