Tyre replacement is gauged by the depth of the tread, if you look at the tread you will see a raised section when this shows as a line across the tread replace the tyres, also if they begin to wear unevenly and chop out inside or out side of the tyre get the suspension checked for wear and the alignment checked with the new tyres.
