Cyl #4 is misfiring. Do you have any ideas on what may be the problem?

Fuel runs too lean. I took out the spark plugs and cleaned real good.( They wernt old to begin with. And down in the cylanders are coroded with dirt and fuel deposits.

Several things to check. Plugs, wire, coil. Compression to the cylinder. Vacuum leaks around the intake manifold and lastly, the injector.
It is best to let a shop check it for you to pin point the exact issue.
