1998 Saturn SL1 Repair Question

Saturn SL1 Battery Problem
When i turn the key the radio and all the bells and lights come on and i hear one click noise and nothing. wont start. i can pop start it and drive all day but as soon as i turn car off i will need to pop start again to go.

Measure the battery voltage with the engine off and with it running. Holler back with those numbers.
