1998 Renault Clio Repair Question

Hi ive got a renault clio 1998the speed sensore is not working properly put foot down but says im only dong 30mlph car feels like its got no power acccelerater feels realy stiff whilst pressing on it and gear box apperes to be vibrating and stuggling plea
Losing power ,speedsore appeares to be struggling reads only 30mlphr when going faster pedals appear stiff mainly accelorater a lot of pressure to push down, and gear box appeares to be stuggling vibrating.and also appeares heavy on the steering weel and its got pas.
