Was the MIL indicating?
It could be a fault with the cam sensor if the injectors are not pulsing.

You can't test the CMP sensor. You can only test the voltage from PCM to the sensor.

Are you still missing fuel pressure and injector pulse? Did you test the fuel pump operations??

Hooked a hot wire to the fuel pump and had fuel pressure but still wouldnt start. I also replaced ignition control module. Somebody told me it could be wiring in the steering column

There are so many possibilities and it does not matter what anyone says. We need information to get the problem resolved.
At injector connector, do you have battery voltage at one of the wire with ignition switch turned on and while cranking?
Does spraying starting fluid into the throttle fires up engine?

There is 12v at every injector. Have not tried starting fluid yet.

If you have a noid light, disconnect an injector and attach the noid light over it to test if it pulses.
