i have a 98 grand prix and the cooling fans are not coming on when the engine reaches 210f but they will come on with the AC. i have changed the coolant temperature sensor and the relays work. i do not know if it is the relays not getting signal from the CTS. does anyone know how to check it or any other problems it could be? thank you
