check for a loose wheel first, then check to see if the wheel bearing is bad. It might be just the tires are to big for the car, especially ifyou just got it.

Hi guys. Also look for a broken coil spring or loose lower strut bolts. If the spring is broken, the ends can easily puncture the sidewall of the tire.
