i replaced the fuel pump and fuel felter on my 98 firebird its the 3.8 v6. it ran good but just somedays ago the pump started to whine really loud and the rpm droped down, and the car started to sound and feel like it about to die. and my battery hand droped in the orange. but if i give it some gas to bring the rpm up to where it should be. eveythings fine till i take my foot off the gas. and it back to doing the samething. what could this be
