generally the labor rate for both hoses is 1.1hour if the labor rate is $75 an hour then it's $82 plus tax on the partandthe hoses which are supplied locally which you would have to check on the price. the mechanic or garage could charge you for shop supplies as well. plus clamps and coolant if needed. so if your price was close to $150-175 it wouldn't seem to be to much out of range.
