My #3 plug on my car keeps fouling out and i have done tried a few things i need help on what else could be wrong

chekc compression first. if it's 20% lower than the rest pull head an dlook for vavle damage or a bad seal.

I know we have done changed the plugs 3 times and changed the wires 2 times and even changed the coil packs 2 times.
