1998 Plymouth Grand Voyager, Van unused of r 2 yrs. Recently had it running good. Installed new battery yesterday. Started fine but stopped after 2 seconds. After 5 or 6 attempts it will not do anything. No sound at all when ignition is turned.

It's in theft mode. Unlock the doors with the key fob or with the key in the door locks to turn off the anti-theft system. Thanks to yet another insane, unnecessary computer, you can only crank the engine three times in rapid succession before the computer won't allow further cranking. That should reset after a minute or two.
