Why does my car stops for no appearent reason? I been having this problems a few weeks ago. I was driving normally when all of a sudden my car stoped as if it had no gas. Immediately after it stopped i tried to turn it on again but it would just crank but not start. After a few minutes i tried to start the car again and surprisingly it started. So i drove home that day. The next day the car did the same. I checked the fuel pump hoping it was defective but it was working fine. I dont know what elae to do. Please help

Have you checked the computer for codes yet?Sounds more like a bad crank sensor.Usually when the fuel pumps fail they sieze up and stop pumping and usually dont start pumping again when they cool down.
