98 Plymouth Neon,I just had a fuel pump put on my car and now when i try to start it. Sounds like my battery is being pulled down and then it starts up and this is every time i try to start it. My battery bolts are tight, my lights are not dim and i didn't have this problem before.

Pumps draw very little Amps so would have BATT and ALT tested to see if all is good
