How do u tighten the idler on the power steering pump

On start up the engine keeps throwing the serpentine belt the only loose idler is the one conected to the power steering pump the tensioner seem to be working properly and the other idlers seem to be fine.

Hello,

In order to install or uninstall the power steering pulley, you will need to use a special tool, a power steering pulley puller.
These tools can be rented from your local auto parts store. I attached a picture for your reference.

If the pulley is still loose or its lateral movement, you will likely need a new pulley.
It is always a good idea to check the shaft that the pulley mounts on, to make sure it does not have any damage.
