1998 Nissan Maxima Repair Question

I own a 1998 Nissan Maxima and when I turn the wheel all the way to the left and then start moving, I get this "clunk"-like noise from my right drivers wheel area. Is this my axle?? I really hope not!

It happens when I do a U-turn.

I get a noise from the left (sorry) drivers side wheel area

have suspension parts checked on that side. could be a ball joint.
