1998 Mitsubishi Mirage Repair Question

I have a 1998 Mitsubishi Mirage DE. I had the turn signal switch replaced 4 months ago. Now the windshield wipers work intermittently and the horn doesn't work.
Does the turn signal switch also include the wiper switch.
Could it be the switch, fuse, motor or relay?

I believe it is a multi function switch that includes the wiper switch.
