1998 Mitsubishi Diamante Repair Question

My car wont turn on antifreez ran out filled up with watter
I was putting water in the antifreez a previos mechanic told me to and it started blowing up like a volcano, i filled it up again with water and now my car wont turn on all light based things work

So does the engine crank and no start or no crank no start.

@satuntech9 well i crank it but nuthing radio tunrs on lights turn on

So the starter doesnt work?If so can you hear the starter make a loud noise like a thunk etc?

no just a litle silent sound like a buzz everytime i crank it

See if the engine cranks over with a breaker bar.
