it is getting fuel just not firing got a brand new battery in it just recently replaaced the spark plugs and wires

you need 3 things to run, compression, fuel pressure and spark. one or more is missing if it does not start. it sounds like you are guessing without actually knowing. you need to have it checked to find out what is missing.
could be a fuel pump for no pressure.
could be a timing belt for compression and no spark.
guesses are expensive and are mostly wrong. get it checked out by a shop.
