Mercedes Benz S500 Sensor Problem

After car heats up to 80 degrees, I assume this is normal operating temperature, the vehicle will stall out intermittently. I have already changed out the fuel pump, fuel filter, the crank position sensor, one cam position sensor, and the MAF sensor. I am getting a P0100 code, which is mass air flow or volume air circuit. Also Alldata recomends looking for a intake leak, could not see one, but didn't check thorougly.

a smoke test will verify vacuum leak. i would start there.

a scan tool can monitor the voltage of the mass air flow to verify it is working

did you use mercedes mass air flow??? if you used aftermarket, it may not work. ran into this many times. benz are very particular about parts.
