New starter/solenoid and battery is in great condition. I'm guessing it's something to do with the positive lead or the ignition system probably a short? When I try to jump start it or have the battery fully charged I can get the starter to click several times but never start. How would I know for sure what it is then is it something I could possibly fix myself?

Remove both positive and negative leads from the battery and clean them. Reinstall and make sure they're tight. Next, check the ground lead to the block and frame. Make sure clean and tight. Then make sure the main lead and solenoid lead to the starter are tight. Next, make sure the solenoid lead is getting power when the key is in the start position. If not, you most likely need to replace the ignition switch.
