1998 Mazda MPV Repair Question

Mazda MPV Heater Problem
Very little heat. Very little presure in system. Can squeez hoses flat even after running. Upper rad hose gets hot, bottom rad hose stays cold. Changed waterpump and thermostat. Can open rad cap with no problem even after running for hours

see if both hoses to heater are hot, if they are it's an actuator problem in heater. check coolant level and if low have pressure checked for leaks.
