I heard something snap then it felt weird because my clutch pedal then felt like I was pumping on air then car wouldnt go into gear then I got it in gear then it wouldnt wanna go into gear again then got stuck in reverse and pedal can push on it now but then gets stuck in and needs to be pulled out. Then while trying to check whats going on I see fluid leaking ( greenish stuff and smells like rust) what could possibly going on?

Greenish stuff could be coolant and that could mean the cooling system has a fault somewhere. Ensure you have sufficient coolant system.

On the other hand there are some brake/cluth fluids that could be colored but so far I have seeen Blue, Red or clear but not green yet.

The clutch dropping to the floor indicates you have a fault with the clutch fork or hydraulic system and since you can intermittently engage gears by pumping the pedal, I would say the hydraulic system had failed and you need to check the maser or slave cylinder or the hoses for leakages and rectify accordingly.
