When I'm slowing down to 10 mph or lower usually at a stoplight there's a lot of excessive vibrations and also when I reach speeds of 45 mph or faster? It will stop vibrating at the stoplight when I push all the way on the brakes. Than the excessive vibrations when I'm speeding up doesn't seem to happen every time.

Im not exactly sure what you mean by idle but if your talking about wha *** feels like when its just not in motion but is on than it not too smooth it kinda shakes it reminds me of a diesel truck but I never had a v-8 before so im not sure how it supposed to feel. Any help with this would be great im not a mechanic of any kind except checking oil and small stuff like that

It should run smooth. This is tough because I'm not sure what is happening. An idle is when your foot is off the gas and the engine RPM's are below 1000. If that is when you feel the vibration, check for vacuum leaks, check for tune up.
