I changed the oil and filter then started it up. It ran fine at first but I noticed my dash indicated "check gauges" and my oil pressure gauge wasn't reading. I checked the oil level and made sure no oil was leaking from oil filter or plug. Everything seemed fine. So I shut off the engine and cranked it back up and made a very loud screeching noise. It sounded bad so I shut it off after about 10 seconds. I keep trying to turn it on and to Look at the engine but end up shutting it off before I can make it because its so loud. The crank pulley is hot. So I think the sound is coming from there.

You need to have a professional listen to this noise to get some idea what the noise is before we can have any idea what damage is done.
