1998 Isuzu Rodeo Trying Re Time Head On Model New Electronic Mechanisms Making

I am trying to re time the head on the Rodeo 1998 model but the new electronic mechanisms are not making it easy to find the "top-dead center" on the head.

Is there any info or tips you can give me to help me solve this issue?

if you still have trouble installing after I send these marks, I suggest getting themanual it's available for a one week for a price and you can print instructions . this is a about a 10-15 step procedure.
