LET'S DIG A LITTLE DEEPER WITH THE BRAKE SWITCH

YOURS IS VERY SIMILAR TO THE ONES FOUND ON JEEP CJs (LIKE MINE)

THE "PLUNGER" EXTENDS OUT WHEN THE PEDAL IS PUSHED AND THE LIGHTS COME ON

WELL

IF THE BODY OF THE SWITCH SLIPS BACK IN THE HOLDER (SEE MY 1ST PIC- THE HOLDER ON MINE IS SORTA BEHIND THE RED WIRE)

IF THE BODY SLIPS BACK, THE PLUNGER EXTENDS ALL OF THE TIME-LIGHT STAY ON!

SEE IF YOU CAN PUSH THE BODY FORWARD SO THAT THE PLUNGER HITS THE "STOP" AND IS PUSHED IN (AND WILL STAY IN) THEN PUSH THE PEDAL TO INSURE THEY WILL COME ON AS INTENDED (IN MY PIC, I WOULD PUSH THE BODY TO THE LEFT. THE HOLDER IN MY JEEP IS KINDA A RATCHET KINDA THING, AS I INSTALL A NEW SWITCH THE "BITERs" JUMP OVER THE THREADS/ DIG INTO THE THREADS AS I SHOVE IT INTO THE HOLDER. (REMOVING IT IS BASICALLY YANKING IT REARWARD-THUS, THE REASON WHY IT CAN SLIP BACK ON IT'S OWN)

LEMME KNOW HOW IT GOES

YOU MIGHT SEARCH OTHER STORES LIKE "AUTOZONE", "O'RIELLYS", "NAPA", "ROCKAUTO" (JUST ADD .COM)

THIS IS WHAT I FOUND AT MY FAVORITE STORE, UNFORTUNATELY, IT IS NOT A PART THAT A PROMO CODE WILL WORK WITH :-(

PROMO CODES WILL WORK FOR MOST OF THEIR PARTS, THIS IS NOT ONE OF 'EM. PRETTY MUCH THEY SAY IT'S A "DEAL" ALREADY (THIS IS ONLY ONE, YOU WOULD NEED TWO FOR THE REAR)

http://shop.advanceautoparts.com/p/genuine-shock-absorber-l4000273139oes/10779825-P

SHOULD YOU NEED OTHER PARTS, BATTERY, RADIATOR, ALTERNATOR, ETC

THIS SHOULD WORK FOR YOU OR YOUR PALS, RIGHT NOW "TRT30" WILL KNOCK 30% OFF OF ANYTHING COSTING OVER $50, YOU MAY FIND OTHER CODES IF YOU DO A GOOGLE SEARCH, YOU MAY HAVE TO TRY "DRY RUNS" AT THE CHECK OUT TO SEE IF THEY ARE VALID.

THE LINK ABOVE MAY EXPLAIN HOW TO MAXIMIZE ON USING THE PROMO CODES.

BELOW PICS, THIS WAS ALL THAT "PRODEMAND" HAD ON THE PROCEDURE

I'M MORE OF A JEEP GUY! IF ONLY YOU HAD ONE, WE COULD GET IT PERFECT!
