1998 Honda Civic Whenever Accelerate There Zinging Noise That Emanates Under

Whenever I accelerate there is a "zinging" noise that emanates from under the hood. There is no noticeable vibrations that I can feel from it. I think it may be that the exhaust manifold heat shield is loose, or something of that sort.
