1998 Honda Civic 98 Ex 1 6 Replacing 02 Sensors On Bank 1 2 2 Wiring

i have a 98 honda civic ex 1.6.im replacing the 02 sensors on bank 1-- an bank 2. what i need to know is bank 2 wiring are green /2-blks-1- green-1-white coming out of the floor board.an the new sensor is 2-blks-2-white-`1-gray.how do i connect the wiring in order for the sensor to work right? am getting a code--p0135--025 or 5--11.thanks jay
