1998 Honda Accord Repair Question

Honda Accord Gas Problem
I got gas one day and then turned car back on and the windows wont roll up or sunroof close also no gauges temp fuel and odometer out and the lights turn off after 30 secs when car is turned off they resume????

Seems to be a fault with the Multiplex Control System (MCS).
Try this when it occurs. Set your wiper delay ring to center position turn the ignition on and off once then back on to restore functions.
The MCS seems to have gone to sleep.
