Honda Accord Windshield Problem
Ducts will not move from defrost foot etc. is that something easy to fix myself?

Did you mean to say "from defrost TO foot" or are you trying to defrost your feet? If it stays on defrost with air only blowing onto the windshield, there is likely a vacuum hose that is broken or disconnected. Most heating systems are spring-loaded to go to the defrost position as a safety feature. Your feet might get cold but the windshield will be clear.
