98 GMC "slow" start

98 GMC Sierra 1500 5.0 - Just turns over when starting in the morning. Will start eventually, and after the initial start I have no problems starting it for the rest of the day. I have replaced the fuel filter, plugs, wires. And did a soft install of a new coil and ICM. Also, if I prime the engine with a lil starting fluid it makes the initial starting quicker. The pump makes niose like it is working. Kinda at a loss.

The pump may be losing its prime. I need you to check fuel pump pressure and specifically, fuel pressure drop off. That is when the key is turned off. The pressure should maintain for a period of time.
