1998 Ford Windstar AC air

I when to the hospital and the AC was cooling but not that cold I park the vehicle and after 4 hour driving back home the AC only let hot air not cooling no more.

I brought a can of AC pro but instructions read make sure the compressor is on, I notice that the compressor is not going on. Is there a separate fuse for the AC compressor?
