I went to start car and it wouldn't start, only.

I went to start car and it wouldn't start, only thing I got was a single click. Thought it might be the starter because when I tapped on it car would finally turn over. Took the starter to get tested today and it passed. Battery has a full charge as well so I am kinda stumped on what could be wrong. Any help would be great.
