1998 Ford Taurus Repair Question

I have a 1998 Ford Taurus and the radio's audio cuts out when put in both reverse, drive and when but in accessory. Stays on in neutral though. The dis[lay shows the radio is on and playing but no sound comes from the speakers. The radio is a stock radio

I could use some help with finding the grounds if that is even the issue

Radio ground circuit is located at G400 left rear quarter and G206 panel-also the integrated control panel-see below
