The color of the fluid comes from age and wear. When was the last time you serviced the trans?

Did you find the coolant leak?

Trans fluid expands when hot, thats why you check it when it is hot

be patient with answers, there are a lot of people with questions and we try to get to all of them

I've not yet been able to get my transmission service. But I would like to find ouy why is it so much fluid in it at this time? Because the fluid is past the line on the dipstick before I was able to get it started today. I have not yet fount out where the leak is coming from my coolant system.
